All-Cargo Operation under the Twelve-Five Standard Security Program (TFSSP)
Air Carriers that are defined as “on-demand”, “un-scheduled” charter air service, regulated under the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Part 135 air carrier certificate, offering passenger and or cargo services, through the utilization of aircraft with a maximum certificated takeoff weight of greater than 5670 kg (12,500 pounds), must comply with the Transportation Security Administration’s (TSA) TFSSP.
Full All-Cargo Aircraft Operator Standard Security Program (FACAOSSP)
Commercial Aircraft Operations, as defined by the FAA’s Part 119, that do not carry passengers but carry cargo and authorized personnel, operating aircraft with a maximum certificated takeoff weight of greater than 45,500 kg (100,309.3 pounds), are required to comply with TSA’s FACAOSSP.
