FAA Releases Updated Anti-Drug & Alcohol Program Advisory Circular, 120-126A

On April 8, 2025, the Federal Aviation Administration's Drug Abatement Division has published Advisory Circular, 120-126A - Guidelines to Establish, Implement, and Maintain a DOT/FAA Drug and Alcohol Testing Program. The updated AC "made changes to reference the discontinuation of the FAA's Pilot Records Improvement Act (PRIA) and reminds employers that voluntary disclosure reports must be made on a timely basis and without delay."
