On June 10, 2021, the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) published the Final Rule for the Pilot Records Database (PRD).
This rule states that "Each operator, entity, or trustee to which this part applies must submit an application for access to the PRD in the form and manner prescribed by the Administrator by September 8, 2021."
