Operators with an FAA Anti-Drug & Alcohol Misuse Prevention Program are required to submit a Management Information Systems (MIS) report by March 15, 2022.
"IMPORTANT: Effective December 7, 2021, Part 111 requires reviewing entities to use the Pilot Records Database (PRD) to review FAA records for pilots in lieu of submitting FAA Form 8060-10 to our office for processing. The PRD will be used on that date to comply with the FAA records review requirement of PRIA [Pilot Records Improvement Act].
