FAA Publishes New Advisory Circular

The FAA published Advisory Circular (AC) 120-126 on July 11, 2024, titled “Guidelines to Establish, Implement, and Maintain a DOT/FAA Drug and Alcohol Testing Program.”  

The new AC “does not change or create any additional regulatory requirements, nor does it authorize changes in, or permit deviations from, existing regulatory requirements.” It is intended as a set of guidelines for Anti-Drug & Alcohol Program Managers.
