Join our global network of over 300 Trusted Agents. NATA CS has teamed up with the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) to offer certification to individuals who would like to become Trusted Agents for biometric data collection.

To become certified, you must fulfill specific requirements, follow TSA-approved procedures, and pass practical tests.

What is the certification process?
Step 1:
Application Paperwork

Our team will provide you with a packet consisting of an application and several forms to complete. 
Step 2:
Background Checks

There is a set of background checks that you will need to pass, including a fingerprint-based Criminal History Records Check (CHRC).
Step 3:
Training & Print Samples

After you complete our online training, if you will not be collecting prints electronically, you will need to provide two sets of ink-based prints that meet submission standards.
