NATACS Promotes Alyssa Aldridge to Manager of Client Services 

 

Reno, NV, April 10, 2023 The National Air Transportation Association Compliance Services (NATACS), a long-standing provider of regulatory compliance solutions, is excited to announce the promotion of Alyssa Aldridge to Manager of Client Services.  

Aldridge joined NATACS in August 2019 as an Entry Level Compliance Specialist, handling background checks and order entry. Over the following years, she advanced to Fingerprint Processing, then assumed the role of Fingerprint Technician/Trusted Agent Coordinator.  

As the Fingerprint Technician/Trusted Agent Coordinator, Aldridge managed 350+ NATACS Certified Fingerprint Technicians, worldwide. She handled technician onboarding, training, performance assessments, compliance with NATACS’ standard operating procedures, and routine communication outreach to include webinar hosting. Clients and technicians alike have praised Aldridge for her considerable knowledge, kind and helpful disposition, and her unfaltering professionalism.  

In her new role as Manager of Client Services, Aldridge will use her proven skills to manage the NATACS Client Services Team: recruiting new members, training, monitoring, assessing and analytics reporting. Aldridge says, “I’m thankful for this new opportunity and am excited to work alongside our team to continue providing the utmost service to our clients.” She holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Development & Family Studies from the University of Nevada.
